7. Plans and subscriptions

Free and paid access

Shy Guru may offer free access and paid subscription plans with different limits and features.

Free plan

The free plan may include limited daily messages, limited tool access, limited chat history and limited saved scripts. Free features and limits may change.

Founder Plus

Founder Plus may include higher usage limits, personal memory, longer chat history, more saved scripts, progress tracking and all guided tools, depending on the final plan details shown at checkout.

Usage limits

Message limits, tool access and feature limits are shown in the app or pricing page. We may use limits to manage cost, fairness, abuse prevention and system performance.

8. Payments, renewal and cancellation

How paid plans work

This section must match your final Stripe and membership setup before launch.

Billing
Paid plans are charged at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Founder Plus is expected to launch as a monthly subscription.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, unless the checkout page says otherwise.
Cancellation
You can cancel using the account or billing area, or by contacting support if self-service cancellation is not available. Cancellation normally stops future billing, but it may not automatically refund past payments.
Cooling-off and refunds
Any legal cancellation rights, cooling-off rights or refund rights will apply as required by law. The final checkout should explain when paid digital access starts and whether any cancellation rights are affected by immediate access.
Price changes
We may change prices in the future. Existing paid users should be told about material price changes before they take effect where required by law or payment provider rules.
